What is your return policy for body jewelry?
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on body jewelry once the heat-sealed tamper-evident packaging has been opened. If the seal is intact, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders may take 7-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Are your earrings and rings sold as pairs or singles?
