We will install a brand new steel pin on your gold threadless end. You will need to select the quantity and shipping service you desire. After checkout you will need to send us your jewelry which is CLEAN/DISINFECTED (Autoclaved if the stone permits). You are responsible for the shipping and fees charged for sending your jewelry to us. We will not be responsible if your jewelry does not arrive. Upon arrival we usually have a 1-3 week turnaround for repairs and we will then send your jewelry back to you with the shipping service you selected upon checkout.
