At Oracle Body Jewelry, we prioritize hygiene and safety; therefore, we accept returns on unworn, heat-sealed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging remains intact to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your jewelry is still in its original, unopened heat-sealed bag as we cannot accept returns on items that have been tried on or handled.
Submit Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed packaging to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items in a padded mailer or sturdy box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
Processing & Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
